Libra

I started an astrology series back in September 07' I finally finished it May 08' hoorah! They aren't uploaded in order of course but they will slowly make their way onto DA With all of these astrological paintings I created a book which I've recently finished!

This is my interpretation of Libra, the Scales of the zodiac. This was probably the 2nd one made and you can tell by the quality that I wasn't sure of how to paint skin at that time. I wanted the woman to symbolize Lady Justice. I have her blindfold unraveled to see the truth behind it. The law is blind to those who do not see it. Deep man.
